Nature photography brings home to me the reason I love photography - the adrenaline rush when your subject finally appears after days and hours of watching and waiting. The excitement of capturing that fraction of a second it takes to get the shot. And let's not forget the inevitable disappointment of missing that shot, makes it all the sweeter when it all finally comes together.

Although I have never really considered myself a wildlife photographer as I have very little time needed or the kit normally associated with nature photography, but that has not stopped me trying to capture nature going about its business as I have been going about mine.
